VIRTUAL: Rainmaker CEO Grow Community Workshop
Driving Value in your Practice-How firms are making their firms healthier, more sustainable, and therefore, more valuable, in this unprecedented time. Firm leaders discuss the factors that are putting firms at risk, including lack of digital capabilities and lack of investments in planning, change resistant partners, and agility barriers. They also discuss things they are seeing add Value to their practices, making them attractive for firms desiring acquisition or adding to their strength to enable them to remain independent.
The CEO Grow Community is designed for forward-thinking firm leaders to share and collaborate with a group of like-minded leaders. Members include those willing to share and learn and commit to spearheading change in their firms. This group is unlike any other peer group out there and is limited in size.
