Client Advisory Services Practice Roadmap: The Cherished Advisor® Step-by-Step Program

Offered in partnership with Amy Vetter of the B3 Method Institute, the Client Advisory Services Practice Roadmap – The Cherished Advisor Step-by-Step Program is designed for owners, managers and accounting professionals at accounting practices to help them build a plan to successfully grow and scale a client advisory practice. Up to three participants from each firm are included with each registration, such as a Managing Partner/Program Champion, a CAS Leader, and a Business Development/Marketing representative. Rainmaker members benefit from a special $500 discount for the CAS Roadmap program.
The CAS Roadmap program is a 12-month journey that begins with a 6-week CAS Roadwork workshop training program. During the workshop series portion, participants join weekly workshop sessions to learn the key building blocks for creating and scaling a CAS practice as well as how to manage their CAS practices so they can spend more time with their clients being a strategic partner in their client’s business. Participants will build a 12-month CAS business plan to set the foundation for accelerating the transformation and future growth of their own client advisory practice. The 12-month CAS plans will be shared with all participants in the final week 6 workshop. From week 7 through to completion of the CAS Roadmap program, the emphasis shifts to implementation. accountability, peer-to-peer discussion, and shared learning of best practices. Quarterly 1-hour group coaching sessions as well as 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions are an integral part of this part of the journey.
