The Rainmaker Companies proudly joins Mauldin & Jenkins in welcoming the newest participants in the firm’s Future Leaders Program (FLP). Mauldin & Jenkins, a top 100 U.S. accounting firm and among the fastest growing, has partnered with Rainmaker to develop and deliver programming for three levels of career progression: Prodigy Rainmaker, Developing Rainmakers, and Strengthening Leaders. As these professionals progress through the program, they are building their capabilities in business development, client relationships, and leadership.
The newest classes continue a longstanding collaboration between Mauldin & Jenkins and Rainmaker that has supported multiple cohorts over the years. Together, the three experiences create a progressive development path that grows with professionals as their careers and responsibilities evolve.

The Prodigy Rainmaker Program Is Still Open for Registration
Interested in developing an emerging rainmaker at your firm? The Prodigy Rainmaker Program, featured as part of Mauldin & Jenkins’ broader Future Leaders Program, is open to professionals from accounting and professional services firms. The 2026–2027 program begins with virtual orientation on October 27, 2026.
