Looking Back on 2016 at Rainmaker

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Now that the holidays are once again upon us, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year-and what a year it has been! On behalf of The Rainmaker Companies, I want to take a moment to congratulate our clients on the successes you have achieved this year. In the past twelve months, we have watched you grow and thrive, win dozens of awards, including best places to work, land some really big fish, launch innovative service offerings, and charter exciting, new territory.

It has been an exciting year here at Rainmaker, as well. If you know anything about us, you know that we are always moving and shaking, experimenting and developing; this year has been no different. We are wrapping up our first full year in our new Midtown Nashville location, have grown our team through the addition of Scott Moore, Ryan Eldredge, and Lynn Nelson, as well as Adelaide’s newest addition to her family, Charles-Henri. We have launched a new Leadership program, a new Women’s Initiative program, and have updated our famous Five Star Client Service training. We have seen more Rainmaker Academy graduates this year than in years past and have introduced innovative video and training modules into our core curriculum.

We once again we had record attendance at our SuperConference in June, the NicheWorks Conference this fall, and at our various fly-in meetings throughout the year. If you have not yet attended our SuperConference, plan to make it next year. It will be held in Nashville from June 5th through the 7th. Whether you come for networking, best practices in practice management, growth, leadership, or for your industry niche, you will not be disappointed.

For more information about our 2017 SuperConference:

The theme of the 2017 SuperConference is Beyond the Barriers. I hope you will take this time to reflect on the work you have done in the past year and then set your sights on ways you can serve as an advisor to your clients, empower and motivate your team and grow and lead your firm.

This could be your year to go beyond what you thought possible, as so many firms have done recently.

Thank you for your support and for allowing us into your firm to help you innovate and grow. We truly appreciate you and everyone on your team. Again, we wouldn’t be where we are without the support of each of you.

Many thanks and Happy Holidays to all!

Angie Grissom, President
