Ken Byler is the principal and founder of Higher Ground Consulting Group, LLC for the past 20 years where he helps leaders and their teams to thrive. He does this through workshops focused on self-discovery and interpersonal skills development, coaching to help leaders grow and change, and employee selection using assessments to find the best fit. Ken is passionate about leadership.
He is an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Authorized Partner, and a PXT Select™ Authorized Partner. Since 2016, Ken has served as program director and facilitator for LEAD Indian Valley, a leadership program sponsored by the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Ken earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration from ICS (now Penn Foster College) and is certified by Upstream Academy, The Fiscal Policy Studies Institute, and PXT Select™. His 50-year business and professional career includes management roles in retail, education, logistics, and public accounting.
He is active in his church and has served on a number of boards and as president of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2010. He lives in central Pennsylvania with his wife, Melody. They are the parents of an adult son.
