As an Administrative Coordinator, Kim plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. She is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, processing Statements of Work, and ensuring critical administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, she helps keep internal processes running smoothly across all service lines.
Since joining the company in 2012, she has developed a deep understanding of the business through experience working across all service lines. Her strength in project management, combined with her adaptability and organizational skills, allows her to support a wide range of initiatives behind the scenes. She played a key role in helping guide the organization through its transition to a fully virtual environment in 2020, demonstrating her ability to navigate change and maintain operational continuity.
With a degree in Business Administration, Kim brings a well-rounded background to her current role. Her experience teaching overseas helped shape her global perspective and sharpen her communication skills.
Based in Franklin, Tennessee, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her Mini Australian Shepherd and cheering on her kids in sports.
