Give your high-potential senior- to manager-level professionals an early start toward effective firm leadership. The Rainmaker Prodigy Series™ is a fully virtual, six-month program designed to develop emerging leaders early in their careers through practical, manageable business development training.

Because developing business is an essential skill for future firm leaders, yet often one of the least comfortable areas for professionals, the strongest firms start early. Drawing on 25+ years of experience developing rainmakers, this program helps instill best practices and behaviors during the most formative career stages.

 

Based on the proven concepts of our industry-leading Rainmaker Academy®, this program delivers foundational marketing and sales skills through six live online sessions, supported by relevant homework between sessions. Open classes are capped at 12 participants to maximize effectiveness, individualized attention, and live interaction without travel or time away from the office.

Each session builds on the last, reinforcing real-world application between meetings. By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge, confidence, and tactical skills to build and maintain a pipeline, close new business, and strengthen their personal brands.
