Kim is the Training and Client Services Coordinator for The Rainmaker Companies. She serves as the direct point of contact for Rainmaker clients, organizing their classes, workshops, and conferences. She works to ensure all association members have what they need to be successful, participative members. In addition, she assists in a range of activities, from website updates to CPE certificate distribution, email
marketing, and conference support.
Kim has a passion for client service and an appreciation for the value of education and continued learning. She graduated from the University of Plymouth, England with a degree in Business Administration. She went on to work as a bulk services coordinator in England’s financial sector and spent several years abroad teaching English. These career experiences honed her outstanding organizational and people skills. We admire her positive, can-do attitude and upbeat personality.
