Robin Brothers

Director of Member and Client Experience

As Director of Member and Client Experience for The Rainmaker Companies, Robin assists clients with delivering excellent client service for a seamless experience. She works with senior management to develop growth strategies for the company to meet goals by providing a customer experience that is a Rainmaker foundation of Five Star Client Service. She also works with firms to holistically provide solutions for firm-wide growth. She’s passionate about client service and strives to continuously provide a quality experience for new and existing clients. Having been with our company since 2001, Robin has in-depth knowledge of our programs and vast experience working with our program participants and clients to develop the right solution. Robin’s passion is executing the customer experience strategy for a win-win solution for everyone involved.

Before joining Rainmaker, Robin worked in office and production management in the entertainment industry. She pioneered the role of band coordinator for live music television specials, including the GRAMMY and Country Music Association award shows. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. She and her husband are actively involved with their church, First Baptist Nashville, where they co-teach Sunday school to the homeless. You can find Robin working in her yard or entertaining family and friends outside the office.
