The Prodigy Rainmaker Program gives high-potential senior- to manager-level professionals an early start in developing those capabilities. This highly interactive, six-month virtual program introduces practical business development strategies and behaviors participants can begin applying immediately—helping them build strong habits now that will support their continued growth as future firm leaders.

Designed for Emerging Rainmakers

Based on proven concepts from the Master Rainmaker Program, Rainmaker Prodigy combines six live, instructor-led virtual sessions with practical application between sessions. Each session builds on the last, giving participants opportunities to put new ideas into action while developing greater confidence in business development.

Throughout the program, participants will explore foundational skills that help them become more intentional about how they build relationships, expand their networks, develop new opportunities, prepare for important client and prospect conversations, and communicate with greater impact.

Small Groups. Live Interaction. Real-World Application.

Rainmaker Prodigy is intentionally designed as a small-group learning experience. Open classes are limited to 12 participants, creating space for meaningful discussion, individualized attention, peer learning, and active participation.

Because the program is fully virtual, professionals can participate from anywhere without the travel and extended time away from the office associated with traditional multi-day training. The six-month format also gives participants time to apply what they learn between sessions, reinforce new behaviors, and build momentum throughout the program.
