Organizational behavior, time management, Operations Management, Strategic Leadership, and Innovation Leadership are just a few areas of specialization. Deanna earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation Leadership and Emotional Intelligence in Leadership in May 2022.
Additionally, Deanna has experience in creating and designing onboarding courses in learning management systems, coaching, and mentoring staff, and facilitating virtual, online, and in-person professional learning and development sessions.
Deanna has published two books, is a certified Apple Teacher and holds certifications from Association for Talent Development in Adult Learning: Theory to Practice and Creating Leadership Development Programs.
