As Senior Trainer for The Rainmaker Companies, Julie serves as a professional speaker, trainer, coach, and business builder. She excels at motivating participants to develop their individual talents and, in turn, strengthen their organizations. She’s incredibly passionate about business development processes, which is why she enjoys leading individual coaching sessions to offer strategic, relevant, and creative ideas for the changing marketplace. Julie also oversees and collaborates on the development of classes, curriculum, and instructor guides for professional education and has expertise in creating online training for virtual classrooms. Across media and disciplines, Julie is dedicated to improving the performance and accountability of professionals who seek to elevate their success in competitive environments.
Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Administration with a Business minor from the University of Tennessee. She has over 22 years of training and business development experience, including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has also trained and consulted for several prominent companies, including Franklin Covey, NASA, BP, Haliburton, and Exxon Mobil. Prior to joining Rainmaker, she launched and grew four businesses to great success, including one company that reached over $6 million in revenue. With that hands-on experience and unbridled entrepreneurialism, Julie understands what it takes to build a company from the ground up. She regularly contributes to accounting industry journals and presents at conferences around the country, but her true fulfillment comes from training participants in The Rainmaker Academy, second only to spending time with her family.
