The Rainmaker Companies, a leading provider of training, consulting, and alliance services to professional service firms, is now offering open Growth Team Workshops for key members of strategic niche practices. These workshops are designed as a practical means for firms of any size to equip core niche teams to effectively grow their practices.
The intensive, two-day facilitated session guides participants in working through six components that comprise a strategic niche growth plan. Team members will learn a methodology and the use of tools that will help improve the consistency and effectiveness of their business development efforts. The open workshops are based on the same concepts and methods that have been honed over many years, while the new format makes it all more accessible to firms in which large in-house programs may not be practical.
