Join us over the next number of months as we partner with Thomson Reuters for a 3 part series to engage in discussion about Advisory Services and scope.
Description: In this session we will start by cutting through the noise associated with the word ‘advisory’ – which seems to have 78 different definitions and meanings! As the definition of advisory gains clarity, so too can the services you offer under that umbrella. But the definition itself is not enough – what is the plan to sell that which has been defined? We will take time to dig into selling strategies and how critical it is to establish and hold to scope for the benefit of both the firm and the client.
