Rainmaker’s CEO Grow began as an idea sparked through conversations and feedback from Managing Partners from firms around the country who told us there is a need for a more engaging and impactful learning, networking, and relationship platform designed specifically for their unique needs as the leader of a firm.

The accounting industry is changing. What worked five or even three years ago will simply not continue to work. Information is readily available online for best practices but that is not enough. The concept of CEO Grow is ideally suited for leaders who want to continue to learn and hone their skills while also leveraging a network of peers.

The Rainmaker CEO Grow provides training, peer to peer learning, tools, strategies, coaching, motivation, and accountability to drive Managing Partners toward greater, more professionally satisfying, results. Rainmaker’s 25 plus years of experience helping leaders grow provides unique insights into the challenges faced in leading a firm.

A who’s who of industry leaders, consultants, and former Managing Partners are part of a stable of professionals who will deliver information, facilitate discussions and provide unique insights and perspectives into the CEO Grow program. In addition, the community of Managing Partners will drive the content and discussion to ensure the most critical issues are continuously being addressed.
