Eric Sardina is an executive who brings 30 years of experience to The Rainmaker Companies in the areas of strategic selling, marketing, finance, and operations in the professional services, finance, and healthcare industries. He has been a strategic leader in companies ranging in size from start-ups to the Fortune 500.
Eric began his career in finance and banking as a commercial lending officer, learning critical active listening, problem solving, and relationship building skills while assisting entrepreneurs in growing their businesses. He then moved to the professional services industry with Ernst & Young where he continued to refine and develop his skill set as a strategic business developer, pursuing high-growth entrepreneurial companies as both an individual contributor and as an internal business development coach. Eric later moved on to Deloitte, where he successfully drove multi-million dollar pursuits within targeted Fortune 50 companies in the energy, consumer products, and healthcare industries as a business development coach and member of multi-functional, high-performing pursuit teams.
Eric then returned to his passion for entrepreneurial, high-growth businesses, joining and growing two early-stage healthcare startups in both a sales and marketing capacity before becoming a full-time professional coach where he enjoys sharing, teaching, and mentoring others in the skills he developed over the years.
- Eric is an endurance athlete having completed 15 marathons, including 2 ultramarathons, and many triathlons up to Half Ironman distance.
