Before moving into professional development and leadership coaching, Rick had a celebrated career helping to lead a client expansion culture shift in a Big 4 firm, guiding a top 50 law firm in migrating from a functionally based to an industry based organization, driving record results for a publicly traded IT consulting firm, jump stating multiple new venture-backed tech companies into the marketplace, playing a key role in helping a large, global accounting firm achieve double-digit growth 5 years in a row, launching and later selling a stellar business development focused consulting firm and coaching hundreds of high-powered professionals that are leaders in their professions today.
Rick’s passion is serving as a coach/mentor for professionals that are being counted on as the next generation of firm leadership. Rick brings his wisdom and experience, along with his high energy style, to get up-and-comers to stretch beyond what they thought was possible for themselves to reach new heights as leaders, even when it is uncomfortable. Rick graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in business administration. He is frequently called upon as a speaker to address professional services and financial services leaders globally. Rick is also an author.
In his free time, Rick is an avid snow skier, bike rider, golfer, and loves to hike in the mountains with his wife Linda. Rick and Linda live in Crested Butte, CO.
